  1. Note: At the end of the interviews and the focus groups, the homeless individuals who participated in the study were compensated with a small amount of money that was never mentioned beforehand
  2. We chose not to remunerate the professionals who were interviewed at their workplaces, on the understanding that their collaboration could be considered part of their work
  3. However, it seemed appropriate to remunerate the professionals who participated in the discussion groups with a small gift to compensate them for their time – over two hours of discussion – and transit efforts
