In addition, the larger the absolute value of a marginal effect, more substantial is the association. Statistically significant estimates of marginal effects are highlighted (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, ***p < 0.001). Reference groups were males aged 15–29; household with no dependent; income quintile 5; work status: others including professionals, technicians, or service workers; and urban Central excluding Bangkok. Elementary occupation includes the likes of street vendors, domestics, and non-agricultural labourers.
